Highly skilled at customer-facing and business-facing communications requirements, Sally is pragmatic, analytical, and engaging.

 

Globally respected as one of the most prominent business thought leaders on LinkedIn in Australia, Sally is a sought keynote speaker and advisor on marketing, the future of work, technology, content, social media and influence development. Sally has earned 100M+ organic content impressions on LinkedIn within 3 years, Co Authored Wiley published ‘5G AI Enabled Automation’ in 2020, was one of 50 social media experts globally to contribute to the HubSpot x Talkwalker ‘Social Media Trends 2020’ report, and was one of 12 expert contributors to SAP’s ‘Impact of Emerging Technologies on Retail’ whitepaper in 2018.

 

By age 17 Sally was working in a national corporate role, responsible for the management of the QSR corporate division outlets with operational P&L accountability. At the age of 18 Sally was one of Australia’s youngest franchisees, at age 22 was recognised by News Corp as the 59th most powerful individual in the Northern Territory, and at age 25 was recognised by News Corp as the 76th most powerful woman in the Northern Territory. By age 22 Sally was responsible for management of strategic projects for two international QSR brands with 250+ outlets domestically, was at the helm of transformation and enablement for an operations management team and worked with executive leadership on critical unit economic analysis of disrupted business models.

As Chief Operating Officer of LAMPS Media, Sally is responsible for ensuring capability in delivery of all services, development and maintenance of standard operating procedures, and delivery quality assurance. Sally designs and maintains all operating procedures, client and business facing, and is at the helm of day to day management for production and administrative teams. Sally works with our CMO to design world class communications frameworks for all campaigns, ensuring continuity from ideation to execution by engaging internal and external stakeholders effectively.

 

If she’s not managing, Sally enjoys dining out and reading academic or industry papers. She’s operationally efficient in the kitchen and is eager to find complex topics to contemplate.
